CrossFit Kids class: ages 5-10

Join us for a CrossFit Kids class designed to get your child moving, learning teamwork and having fun with fitness! This class consists of learning functional bodyweight movements and active games!

WHY BOOK OUR KIDS CLASS?

CrossFit Kids is the perfect way to keep children active, healthy, and engaged. Regular movement helps improve coordination, build confidence, and boost mood—all while burning off energy in a fun, structured environment.

It’s also a great way for kids to make new friends, develop teamwork skills, and build a lifelong love for fitness!
